1. What is YNG?
YNG stands for You’re Not Generic. It is a streetwear brand built on premium quality, clean designs, and a culture that speaks for itself. Every piece is cut-and-sew, made in limited quantities, and designed to stand out without trying too hard.
2. How do I know my size?
Check our size chart on each product page. Our sizing is height-based but can vary depending on build. If you want a looser or oversized fit, we recommend going one size up.
3. How do I care for my YNG pieces?
Cold wash on gentle cycle or hand wash. Avoid bleach and tumble dryers. Air dry to keep the fabric fresh and the fit sharp.
4. Do you restock items?
Most drops are limited. Once they sell out, they are gone. Occasionally, we restock best-sellers, but the vibe is to keep it exclusive.
5. Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our physical store/barbershop is located at Unit LG49 Cityland Pioneer, 128 Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City.
6. Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the Philippines. For international orders, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and shipping rates.
7. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders within Metro Manila usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days. Provincial deliveries take around 3 to 7 business days depending on location.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept GCash, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for select areas. For GCash and bank transfers, customers must email us the proof of payment so we can confirm the order.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order to make sure you get the perfect fit.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey until it arrives at your door.
