Terms of service

By placing an order with YNG, you agree to the following terms:  

1. **Product Availability**  
Most drops are limited edition. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.  

2. **Payment**  
We accept GCash, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for select areas. For GCash and bank transfers, customers must send proof of payment via email for order confirmation.

3. **Order Cancellations**  
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.  

4. **Returns & Exchanges**  
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.  

5. **Shipping & Delivery**  
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. YNG is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors such as weather or natural disasters.  

6. **Privacy**  
We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
